<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for assisting collection and delivery service, which can eliminate delivery of invoice slips to shorten operating time. <P>SOLUTION: The device 4 for assisting collection and delivery service includes: an area setting part 41 for setting a collection/delivery area based on collection/delivery points included in invoice data of a package; a collection/delivery information registration part 42 for registering collection/delivery information that is provided to a customer at a collection/delivery point of a package; an area entry determination part 43 for determining whether a delivery vehicle enters the collection/delivery area; and a collection/delivery information transmitting part 44 for transmitting the collection/delivery information of the collection/delivery area where the delivery vehicle enters, to the customer when determining that the delivery vehicle enters the collection/delivery area. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
