<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coil molding capable of improving workability when assembled into a reactor, and a reactor using the molding. <P>SOLUTION: A coil molding 100 is used for a reactor with a coil arranged on the outer periphery of a core thereof. The molding 100 comprises a coil 10, around which a winding wire is spirally wound; a resin mold part 20 for holding the coil 10 in a condition in which it is compressed to a length smaller than its free length; and a hollow hole 30 fitted with the core on an inner periphery of the coil 10 via one part of the resin mold part 20. A concave groove 22 (recess) along a coil axial direction is formed on the resin mold part 20 on the inner periphery of the coil. The coil 10 is held in a compressed condition by the resin mold part 20, so that workability when the molding is assembled into the reactor can be improved. The concave groove 22 can be used as a flow path of a sealing material, when an assembly of the coil molding and the core is sealed by the sealing member. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
