<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a reflector plate with a metal film formed thereon, showing excellent molding processability, adhesiveness of the metal film and falling-ball impact resistance. <P>SOLUTION: In the reflector plate, a metal film is formed on a molded article produced by molding a polyphenylene sulfide resin composition. In the reflector plate with a metal film formed thereon, the polyphenylene sulfide resin composition is prepared by compounding (a) a polyphenylene sulfide resin, (b) an amorphous resin and (c) an alkoxysilane compound having an isocyanate group, the (a) polyphenylene sulfide resin forms a continuous phase (sea phase), the (b) amorphous resin forms a dispersion phase (island phase) dispersed as particles having a number average dispersion particle diameter of 1 nm or more and less than 1,000 nm, and the number of particles having a particle diameter of 1,000 nm or more in the dispersion particles of the (b) amorphous resin is 1.0% or less of the number of the whole particles. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
