<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toy and method for molding a solid drawing material, with which a broken or worn-out small solid drawing material is reused. <P>SOLUTION: The toy for molding a solid drawing material includes: at least a pair of two stackable mold halves (1); a weight (2); and a container (3) for storing water, generating steam by being heated in a microwave oven, and housing the mold halves. The toy is used such that crushed solid drawing material is put in one of the pair of the mold halves, the other mold half is stacked on the one mold half, the weight is put in the assembled mold halves, the assembled mold is put in the container storing water, and the container is heated in the microwave oven. The solid drawing material is melted by steam as a heating medium, flows in the mold, and cooled.
