<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information management system which encrypts individual information of a customer to easily transmit it. <P>SOLUTION: Image data is automatically generated and encrypted by execution of a program only by reading image information of an original by an information transmitter 12. The image data is transmitted to an information receiver 14 by a mail transmission protocol in a file format.
