<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a system which cause certain microparticles to concentrate and disperse in a microfluid. <P>SOLUTION: The microfluid system includes a piezoelectric base material 1, a wave-generating means 3 which generates waves in the piezoelectric base material, and an operating surface 2 which distributes the generated waves. A fluid droplet 9 is disposed on the operating surface. By changing power applied to the wave-generating means or distribution of waves traversing the operating surface, particles floating in the fluid droplet is caused to disperse in the fluid droplet, to concentrate in a certain area in the fluid droplet, or to rotate in the fluid droplet. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
