<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a green tire forming method capable of suppressing a variation of a circumferential length of a green tire. <P>SOLUTION: A transfer 4 is equipped with a rotation holding ring 11 installed on a ring moving table that can move backward and forward between a tread forming drum and a shaping former 3 so as to be supported in a rotatable manner around its axis and abuts against the outer peripheral surface of a tread ring A by its inner peripheral surface reducing its radius to hold the tread ring A. A stitching process S3 rotates the rotation holding ring 11 and a provisional joined body 5 in an integrated manner and pushes a protruded section AE of the tread ring A which is protruded from both sides of the rotation holding ring 11 against a green tire substrate B by a stitch roller 6 while holding the tread ring A by the rotation holding ring 11. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
