When an object thread is assigned to a CPU (#0), the CPU (#0) determines whether the estimated time of the completion of the execution of the object thread is earlier than the time of the commencement of the execution of a successor thread (the estimated time of the completion of the execution of a source thread for the generation of the successor thread), which is executed successively to the object thread. Given that T0 from the time of the generation of the object thread to the time of the completion of the source thread for generation is 250 (ms), and that T1 from the time of the generation of the object thread to the estimated time of the completion of the execution of the object thread is 280 (ms), the execution of the successor thread will end up being commenced prior to the completion of the execution of the object thread.
