The apparatus has movable portions (1,2) that are inter-connectable and/or relatively movable with respect to each other. The movable portions are formed with a roof-side opening (8) and an output-side opening (15) which are connected for guiding supply of a spacer (14). The output-side opening is formed such that discharge of the spacer in different directions is possible.
