The engine has a piston (4) which is connected with a connecting rod (6) by piston pin. The connecting rod is connected with crankshaft (9). The piston is moved forward and backward through connection rod according to rotational movement of crankshaft. A supplementary portion is in form of a nut (15) that is secured at connecting rod through screw (6b).
