PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for controlling a peripheral device in a mobile communication terminal are provided to control a control target device through a control application in remote by configuring integrated control application based on profile of various devices. CONSTITUTION: A profile manager(208) obtains a profile about a control target device. A dynamic configuration manager(212) configures a control application based on the obtained profile. A control interaction manager(210) controls the controlled system device by using the composed control application. A device connection manager(204) displays a control target device list.
