<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin film solar cell module, which uses an adhesive as a connection material and is excellent in connection reliability, and the like. <P>SOLUTION: A thin film solar cell module 200 has at least thin film solar cells 32, each of which has an electrode, tab lines 1, and an adhesive layer, and each tab line 1 has a projecting part only on one surface.
