ELECTRODE PROBE, ELECTRODE PROBE GUIDING GRID, AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE ELECTRODE PROBE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrode probe which can be freely arranged and positioned and by which bioelectric signal with a high S/N ratio can be obtained, and an electrode probe guiding grid, and a method of manufacturing the electrode probe.

SOLUTION: The electrode probe 100 includes a base part 10, one or more electrodes 20, one or more wires 30 connected to the electrode, and metallic foil attached to the base part 10. The method of manufacturing the electrode probe includes: a first process to form a circuit including one or more electrodes and one or more wires connected to the electrodes; a second process to attach metallic foil to a substrate on which the circuit is formed; and a third process to form a base part by cutting out the substrate with the metallic foil attached thereto by a laser micromachining apparatus.
