<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiring accessory plate and a wiring device which are capable of applying waterproof measures to an embedded receptacle with a relatively simple structure. <P>SOLUTION: A wiring accessory plate 1 comprises a plate body part 1a through which an opening for exposing one surface of a receptacle 2 penetrates. The receptacle 2 is a wiring accessory provided with, on one surface side thereof, two plug blade insertion ports 21a and 21a into which a pair of plug blades of a plug are to be inserted respectively.
