<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a usage method for avoiding buying useless things and going over a budget at shopping, and reducing time and effort for planning menus by writing menus for seven days and ingredients used for the menus in a palm-sized booklet and using the purchased ingredients based on the writing, in contrast, a conventional housekeeping book is a system to write after shopping. <P>SOLUTION: The booklet for menu and shopping in a palm size is formed by collating a plurality of sheets, and includes: a first page spread of the booklet, in which a stock list of preserved food in a stock pantry and general merchandise is displayed; a second page spread, in which a stock list of food in a refrigerator and freezer is displayed; third and fourth pages spread, in which a chart of the menus divided in seven parts for first day to seventh day is displayed; a fifth page spread, in which a shopping list for buying deficient ingredients in the menus is displayed; a sixth page spread which has items for writing the cost for foods. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
