<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems of a method for nipping and lifting a stopper, such as a problem that a lifting lever is curved or hooked to insufficiently exhibit the unlocking function of a trapping cage, and a problem that precision machining is required due to the generation of strains on the attaching welding of the lever or the like. <P>SOLUTION: Since the swing type rotary sliding cam unlocking system uses a method for lifting a stopper by the rotation of a sliding cam instead of a lever, the cooperation of an arm with the stopper to release the crank is smoothened not to require a precision machining.
