PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress variation of an external output signal due to a drop of power source voltage.

SOLUTION: An output part 1 varies potential of an external output signal EB according to variation of potential of an internal input signal A from a ground side to a VDD side or from the VDD side to the ground side. A differential part 2 outputs an output signal according to the external output signal EB and a predetermined reference signal VREF, and functions as a voltage follower so that the external output signal EB becomes potential according to the predetermined reference signal VREF. Thus, variation of a low voltage side output voltage VOL of the external output signal EB is suppressed.
