摘要 A ferroelectric analysis apparatus (100,200) and a method thereof for adjusting a polarization reversal speed of a ferroelectric domain are provided, which belong to the technical field of the performance test of a solid dielectric medium. The ferroelectric analysis apparatus (100,200) includes a voltage impulse generation module (110) used for generating a square-wave voltage impulse signal, and a variable resistor (130). The square-wave voltage impulse signal is biased on a ferroelectric medium film to make the polarization reversal of the ferroelectric domain. The variable resistor (130) is connected with the ferroelectric medium film in series. A polarization reversal current is adjusted to achieve adjustments of the polarization reversal speed of the ferroelectric domain by adjusting a resistance value of the variable resistor (130). The ferroelectric analysis apparatus (100,200) can continuously adjust a movement speed of the ferroelectric domain, and can also adjust a coercive voltage of the ferroelectric medium film; the adjustments do not depend on the voltage impulse generation module (110), and are easy to perform continuously with a wide adjusting rang and reliable test data.
