The seat (1) has a fan (3) reversible between a blowing operation and a suction operation, so that air is aspirated into the motor car seat. A control device (4) is formed in such a manner to organize the operation of the fan in a cycle comprising the suction operation followed by the blowing operation and vice versa. Individual cycles comprise duration of approximately 5-20 minutes. A sensor (5) measures moisture of air promoted by the fan, where individual rotation speed is dependent on the moisture of air promoted by the fan. An independent claim is also included for a method for ventilating a motor car seat.
