The device (10) has a base portion (12) with planar surface, which is provided in a first position on roof lining (14) provided in interior of the motor vehicle. Four lever elements (16) are pivotally connected with base portion and roof lining. The base portion is transferred from the first position to second position, so the base portion is pivoted parallel to the roof lining in the direction of the interior of motor vehicle.
