PURPOSE: A heat-retaining device for a solar collection panel is provided to save energy with offering various heating devices by diversifying electricity for heating. CONSTITUTION: A heat-retaining device for a solar collection panel comprises first and second heat insulating parts and a sealing tube(30). The first heat insulating part is isolated by a transparent plate(42). A heat insulating layer(27) is integrally formed with a front heating plate(24) and a rear blocking plate(23), and the first heat insulating part is formed in between both sides of a heating pipe. The second heat insulating part is formed in a center portion, in which the heating pipe is installed in zigzag. The sealing tube is formed in between insertion holes(19), and comprises a carcass portion(37) and a protruded body portion(16). Assembled portions(22) between the front/rear heating plates and the blocking plate is inserted into the insertion holes, and pressed so that a closure structure is formed.
