PURPOSE: A motor and a recording disc driving device are provided to form at least three kinetic pressure grooves of a kinetic pressure bearing, thereby obtaining reliability when a shaft rotates. CONSTITUTION: A shaft is inserted into a sleeve(13). The gap between the shaft and the sleeve is filled with fluid. The fluid generates kinetic pressure when the shaft rotates. At least one kinetic pressure groove is formed on at least one of the outer circumference of the shaft and the inner circumference of the sleeve. At least one kinetic pressure groove generates the kinetic pressure.
