<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control method and control apparatus for power converter, capable of suppressing an excessive reverse recovery surge voltage after releasing a current limiting function only by controlling a driving signal of a semiconductor switch constituting a power converter. <P>SOLUTION: The control method for power converter, which is configured to turn off all semiconductor switches constituting a power converter in response to a current limiting command generated when an output current of the power converter reaches a predetermined value, outputs a zero voltage from the power converter over a fixed period after the release time of the current limiting command and subsequently returns the semiconductor switch to an ordinary control operation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
