Nested capsules are secured together by an adhesive tape 2, the capsules being loosely nested, the tape applied and the capsules then pressed together. The excess tape may form a protective folded layer 3 between adjacent capsules or may project outwardly. A plug may be inserted in the end capsule, and the whole stick of capsules may be wrapped.
