INFORMATION PROCESSOR, TRANSMISSION DESTINATION DESIGNATION METHOD, AND PROGRAM THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure which enables smooth document transmission by prompting an approval by an appropriate approver according to document content when transmitting plural kinds of documents to the same transmission destination.

SOLUTION: The information processor divides document data upon accepting division setting information for dividing the document data from a client terminal in response to a user operation, accepts a destination setting for requesting approval to obtain approval for each of the divided document data, transfers the divided document data to the destinations for requesting approval, accepts approval information for the transferred document data from the client terminals, determines whether the approval information for all of the transferred document data has been received or not, and transmits all the document data to the transmission destination when it is determined that the approval information for all of the document data has been received.
