<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-chromium-based coating composition which can form a coating film excellent not only in the corrosion resistance of a general portion but also in the corrosion resistance of a processed portion or an end surface portion in a coated metal plate or the like, and which is effective for improving the corrosion resistance of a plated steel plate containing particularly aluminum as a main component, and a coated metal plate using the same. <P>SOLUTION: The coating composition includes: (A) a hydroxyl-containing film-forming resin; (B) a cross-linking agent; and (C) an anti-corrosive pigment mixture. The anti-corrosive pigment mixture (C) comprises: (1) at least one of vanadium pentaoxide, calcium vanadate and ammonium metavanadate; (2) a phosphoric acid-based metal salt that is at least one of phosphoric acid, phosphorous acid and tripolyphosphoric acid which contain at least one of cobalt and nickel; and (3) a silicic metal salt which is at least one of cobalt salt, nickel salt and calcium salt. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
