<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet peeling device and a method, and a sheet bonding device which can surely peel an adhesive sheet from a peeling sheet even if an edge of the adhesive sheet is sealed by a sealing material. <P>SOLUTION: The sheet peeling device 2 in which the adhesive sheet S having an adhesive layer AD on one surface of a base material sheet BS is temporarily adhered to the belt-like peeling sheet RL through the adhesive layer AD, includes: a delivery means 4 for delivering a rolled material R where the sealing material V for preventing the leakage of an adhesive of the adhesive layer AD is arranged at the edge of the adhesive sheet S; a sealing release means 5 for releasing sealing performance by the sealing material V from the delivered rolled material R; and a peeling plate 6 for peeling the adhesive sheet S whose sealing performance is released from the peeling sheet RL. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
