<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a saddle riding type vehicle capable of reducing man-hours for mounting a tank cover. <P>SOLUTION: A motorcycle 10 is configured so that a second tank mounting part 74 for mounting a rear end 61b of a fuel tank is disposed on a main frame 21, a second insertion part 76 is extended to the upper side from the second tank mounting part 74, and a second engagement hole 112 disposed at a rear end 62b of a tank cover with which the fuel tank 61 is covered is inserted into the second insertion part 76, and thereby, the rear end 61b of the fuel tank and the rear end 62b of the tank cover are stopped by the second tank mounting part 74. In the motorcycle, the rear part of the tank cover 62 is pressed from above by a pressing part 121 disposed in the front part of a seat 63 arranged at the rear side of the fuel tank 61 and the pressing direction is set so as to be substantially equal to the axial direction J of the second insertion part 76. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
