<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image sensor module which can more easily be miniaturized while a clear image is read. <P>SOLUTION: An image sensor module 4A includes: a linear light source 43 emitting linear light extended in a main scanning direction toward a reading object Dc; a light receiving sensor 46 receiving light reflected by the reading object Dc; optical path changing means 44 making reflected light from the reading object Dc advance toward the light receiving sensor 46; and image forming means 45 which is arranged on an optical path from the reading object Dc to the light receiving sensor 46 and image-forms the reflected light from the reading object Dc on the light receiving sensor 46. The optical path changing means 44 includes first and second reflection faces 441 and 442 which are oppositely arranged.
