<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing device capable of obtaining excellent gradation characteristics even when first and second profiles are combined with any of a plurality of third profiles in a case where the first and second profiles are made common with respect to the plurality of third profiles so as to be used when performing a color management by using a plurality of profiles. <P>SOLUTION: Individual values of a second profile are corrected so as to be included in a reproduction color gamut of a printing device. When calculating an amount of ink corresponding to an input value from the second profile by performing an interpolation calculation on third profiles, individual values of the third profiles are optimized so as to optimize gradation characteristics of values calculated by the interpolation calculation. The printing device is configured so as to have: a first profile; the second profile; and ink amount selecting means for selecting the amount of ink corresponding to input data from an input device by using the third profiles. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
