<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To output a logical signal set at a desired logical value to each of two output sides of a fuse circuit. <P>SOLUTION: A fuse circuit 10 includes: a voltage source VDD; first and second transistors Q11, Q12 with a first main electrode, a second main electrode and a control electrode; a first electric fuse Rf1 disposed in series between the voltage source and the source S of the first transistor; and a second electric fuse Rf2 disposed in series between the voltage source and the source of the second transistor.
