<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a car body rear part structure capable of improving the rigidity and the strength of a car body rear part. <P>SOLUTION: The car body rear part structure includes: a wheel house outer panel 1161 and a wheel house inner panel 1162; flange parts 1161a and 1161b bonded together; a rear pillar 112 bonded to the flange parts; a pillar extension part 1122 extended along the wheel house outer panel 1161 from the lower end part of the rear pillar 112; and a reinforcing member 120 disposed from the lower surface of the wheel house outer panel 1161 to the lower surface of the wheel house inner panel 1162 to be overlapped with the pillar extension part 1122.
