TRANSISTOR ARRAY AND CONNECTION METHOD THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transistor array which removes restrictions on the number of unit display panels to be tiled to allow easy manufacturing of a larger-sized display device.

SOLUTION: A transistor array 1 includes: a base 10 having a rectangular principal surface; data line routing electrodes 100 and scan line routing electrodes 200 disposed on the principal surface of the base 10 in a lamination direction; a data line conduction part electrically connected to the data line routing electrodes 100; a scan line conduction part electrically connected to the scan line routing electrodes 200; and a display area 300 including a plurality of pixel electrodes 330 where prescribed voltages are held by circuits including transistors driven by signals from the data line conduction part and the scan line conduction part. When viewed in the lamination direction, at least the data line routing electrodes 100 or the scan line routing electrode 200 are superposed on the display area 300.
