PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a door frame for assembling a hinge of a tempered glass door and a door frame manufactured thereby are provided to accurately assemble a hinge having a hinge pin in a hinge hole formed on a tempered glass door frame. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a door frame for assembling a hinge of a tempered glass door is as follows. A stainless steel plate having a thickness of 1.0mm is sheared. The sheared steel plate is cut in a v-shape. A slit(200d) and a hinge base groove(200a) are simultaneously formed on a doorframe and a corresponding position to the doorframe. A hinge joint contact piece(200b) is formed by pressing the position of the slit and the hinge base groove. The hinge joint contact piece is pressed. An expanded piercing hole and a flat head bolt B through hole(201b) are simultaneously formed on the hinge joint contact piece. A tap of a flat head bolt A is formed on the expanded piercing hole. The flat head bolt A assembles a hinge base on the hinge joint contact piece. |
