PURPOSE: A convection device and a cooling apparatus having the same is provided to prevent a bearing from becoming damaged or deformed because a bearing housing is separately placed from a convection cover. CONSTITUTION: A convection device comprises a convection cover, a convection fan, a convection motor(500), a motor shaft, a fan shaft(540), a cooling fan, a bearing member, a bearing bracket(570), and convection heaters. The convection fan is installed inside the convection chamber. The convection fan forms a flow of the air circulating between a convection chamber and a cooking chamber. The motor shaft delivers the torque of the convection motor to the convection fan. One end of the fan shaft is connected to the other end of the convection fan, and the other end of the fan shaft is protruded out of the convection cover. The fan shaft rotatably supports the convection fan. The bearing member rotatably supports the other end of the fan shaft. The bearing bracket fixes the bearing member in order that the bearing member is separately placed from the outer surface of the convection cover. The convection heaters heat the air flowing by the convection fan. |
