<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-dimensional image imaging apparatus which can reduce influence by scattered radiation and influence by leakage current. <P>SOLUTION: A driving control section 25 can accumulate the charge converted by a conversion layer 31 in an accumulation capacity C by a selection switch Sel and a reset switch Rst by connecting the conversion layer 31 and the accumulation capacity C in a storage period which irradiates X rays. Meanwhile, the driving control section 25 can remove the charge without accumulating the charge from the conversion layer 31 in the accumulation capacity C by connecting the conversion layer 31 and a charge removing section 35 through a charge removal line 41 excluding the storage period. Therefore, even if scattered radiation enters besides the storage period, the converted unnecessary charge can not be accumulated in the accumulation capacity C, and the influence by the scattered radiation can be reduced. Moreover, because the conversion layer 31 and the accumulation capacity C are connected only in the storage period, the influence by the leakage current can be reduced. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
