摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an indoor power transmission system that makes it possible to utilize surplus power effectively at the time of a blackout. <P>SOLUTION: A smart meter 20 in a residence A adds commercial alternating-current power to a power distribution board 30. The smart meter 20 transmits a usage state of electricity of each circuit that the power distribution board 30 measures to a communication network NW. The smart meter 20 also transmits the alternating-current power based on direct-current power to a priority circuit in the residence by controlling a photovoltaic power generation device 40 and transmits blackout information to the communication network NW, when a blackout of the commercial alternating-current power is detected. On the other hand, a base station server device 10 receives the blackout information from the communication network NW. The base station server device 10 checks whether a power storage unit 50 can transmit power before start time of repairing the blackout or not, for each set of the circuits, based on each of the usage states of the electricity already received from the communication network NW and the start time; and transmits power transmission propriety information to the communication network NW.
