<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently manufacture, by injection molding, an acoustic member of high quality which suppresses resonance due to a rolling mode and maintains excellent sound quality characteristics. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided a method of manufacturing an acoustic member 1 having a diaphragm 2 which vibrates owing to vibration generated by a vibration generation part C and an edge 3 supporting the diaphragm while surrounding it from radially outside. The vibration generation part is arranged on one side across the diaphragm along the direction of an axis O, and the diaphragm includes a joined cylinder part 10 joined to a radially inner end part of the edge and a vibration body 11 which closes an opening part of the joined cylinder part,; and the vibration body has a plurality of projections 13 swelling toward the other side apart from the vibration generation part along the direction of the axis, and an entry space S into which a part of a metal mold for injection molding is forced is defined between the joined cylinder part and vibration body. Here, the acoustic member is formed by two-color molding in which the diaphragm is a primary molding and the edge is a secondary molding or insert molding of the edge in which the diaphragm is an insert body. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
