<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna device capable of reducing SAR while maintaining antenna performance and to provide a radio communication apparatus having the same. <P>SOLUTION: The antenna device includes: a bottom board; an antenna element positioned at the end of the bottom board; and a feeding section disposed between the bottom board and the antenna element.
