<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional fabric which can be easily knitted and easily cover a pipe and the like. <P>SOLUTION: A three-dimensional fabric is knitted by a flat-knitting machine comprising at least a pair of needle beds in front and back. An obverse knitted fabric is knitted by one of the pair of needle beds and a reverse knitted fabric is knitted by the other thereof so as to make the obverse knitted fabric larger in size in a warp direction than the reverse knitted fabric, and the obverse knitted fabric and the reverse knitted fabric are connected by a connecting thread. The knitted three-dimensional fabric is curved in a C-shape in the warp direction, in which a cast-on portion and a cast-off portion face each other. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
