<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection device of a glass bottle which includes an optical imaging system for accurately detecting a chatter (bottom chatter) of a bottle bottom part in the case of an empty bottle which is a glass bottle without being filled with liquid. <P>SOLUTION: An inspection device of a glass bottle includes: illumination 2 for performing illumination from the bottom surface side of a glass bottle 1; a light shielding board 4 which shields a part of illumination light to be projected from the illumination 2; and a camera 3 which images a bottle bottom outer peripheral edge 1e of a curved surface which is a part rising upward from the bottom surface of the glass bottle 1 and a bottle bottom part 1a connecting to the bottle bottom outer peripheral edge, and is constituted so that the illumination light from the illumination 2 is condensed on the bottle bottom outer peripheral edge 1e on the camera side of the glass bottle 1 and a bottom lower surface inside the bottle bottom outer peripheral edge, a part of the illumination light to be projected on a bottom lower part 1b of the glass bottle 1 from the illumination 2 is shielded by the light shielding board 4, and light from the illumination 2 is made incident only on the bottle bottom outer peripheral edge 1e on the camera side and on an area of the bottom lower surface 1b near the bottle bottom outer peripheral edge by arranging the illumination 2 by being inclined to the horizontal surface and constituting the illumination 2 of a light source and a condenser lens 22. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
