An electric blower is provided with a stator, a rotor, a bracket, a rotating fan (5), an air guide (6), and a fan case which covers the air guide (6) and the rotating fan (5). The air guide (6) is provided with a partition plate, a diffuser, partition plate's sloped sections, and guide blades. Diffuser blades form closed flow paths (19). The length of the closed flow paths (19) has a first flow path length and a second flow path length which is different from the first flow path length.
