NOVEL SPECIFIC TRPV4 AGONIST AND MEDICAL USE THEREOF

PURPOSE: A novel TRPV4 agonist is provided to study TRPV4 agonist mechanism and to develop analgenic. CONSTITUTION: A piperazine compound is denoted by chemical formula 1. The piperazine compound specifically promotes TRPV4 activation. A method for synthesizing the piperazine compound comprises: a step of reacting 3-cyanobenzaldehyde(compound 1) and 2-butanone to prepare compound 2; a step of reacting the compound 2 with hydroxylamine hydrochloride(NH_2OH,HCl) and sodium acetate(NaOAc) to prepare an intermediate; a step of reacting the intermediate with manganese dioxide in a chloroform solution to prepare compound 3; a step of reacting the compound 3 with potassium chloride(KOH) to prepare compound 4; and a step of reacting compound 4 with 1-(4-fluorobenzyl)piperazine and ethylene dichloride(EDC) to prepare compound 5.
