PURPOSE: A mounting method of a metal substrate is provided to improve heat emitting efficiency by rapidly transferring heat generated from an element to base metal of a metal substrate. CONSTITUTION: A mounting method of a metal substrate is as follows. A plane having an upward protrusion is formed at a mounting position of a metal substrate. The protruded surface of the metal substrate is processed, and inner base metal of the metal substrate is exposed to the outside. An element is directly mounted on the metal substrate having the exposed base metal.
