A device for slitting a fabric during take-up comprises a blade 15a pushed into a socket 17 which is reciprocated vertically by a bellcrank lever 24 and a slider 26 operated from the slay 33 by a link 28. The socket 17 is freely pivoted on the bellcrank so that the blade can follow lateral deviations of the fabric without cutting the warp threads between which it is operating.</p> |
