METHOD USING DOUBLE-ACTING PILE HYDRAULIC HAMMER

PURPOSE: A rammed earth method using a reciprocating hydraulic hammer is provided to improve Depth of Improvement of the ground by repeating the process of filling fillers after drawing out a compaction plate. CONSTITUTION: A rammed earth method using a reciprocating hydraulic hammer is as follows. A compaction plate(250) is heated using the reciprocating hydraulic hammer(210), and one spot is firstly tamped. The compaction plate is tamped until the depth, in which the compaction plate is capable of being drawn out. The reciprocating hydraulic hammer comprises an upper hydraulic unit(240) and a lower hydraulic unit(241). The upper hydraulic unit lifts a ram(230). The lower hydraulic unit drops the lifted ram at more than a free falling speed. The compaction plate is drawn out. Filers(510) are filled in a compaction hole(500), and the one spot is secondary tamped. The Depth of Improvement of the ground increases by repeating the process of tamping the one spot.
