<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily provide a nonaqueous electrolyte battery having superior flame-resistance of a nonaqueous electrolyte, and having a superior high rate discharge characteristics. <P>SOLUTION: As the nonaqueous electrolyte, a phosphate compound is used in which the end of a molecule chain has a CF<SB>2</SB>H- structure. Since the phosphate compound having a structural feature like this is superior in solubility against electrolyte salts and nonaqueous solvents, a large amount of addition is possible, and the high rate discharge characteristics of the nonaqueous electrolyte cell using this is not damaged even if a large amount is added. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
