The present invention provides a lubricating oil composition comprising:
a lubricating base oil having a kinematic viscosity of 1 to 10 mm 2 /s at 100°C and a %C A of 5 or less; and
a viscosity index improver having a weight average molecular weight of 50,000 or greater and a ratio of the weight average molecular weight and PSSI of 0.8 x 10 4 or greater, wherein the amount of the viscosity index improver is 0.1 to 50% by mass based on a total mass of the lubricating oil composition,
the lubricating oil composition having a kinematic viscosity of 3 to 9.3 mm 2 /s at 100°C and a ratio of HTHS viscosity at 150°C to HTHS viscosity at 100°C of 0.50 or greater.
