SMART AUTOMATIC RESPONSE SYSTEM AND METHOD OF THE SAME

PURPOSE: A smart ARS(Automatic Replying System) and an operation method thereof are provided to read various information of a receiving side by checking contents which an individual or a company manages through 3G network while talking over the telephone. CONSTITUTION: A call set-up confirmation unit(210) confirms the call set-up of a receiving side and a calling side. A contents extractor(220) extracts contents to be supplied to a communication terminal of the calling side in response to the call set-up. A contents provider(230) supplies the contents to the communication terminal of the calling side. The contents is a web page indicating information of products and services which the receiving side sells. The contents extractor extracts the contents corresponding to the receiving side by receiving it from the contents provider.
