PURPOSE: A temperature sensitive valve for opening and closing a passage is provided to reliably maintain a temperature control function and an emergency shut-off function for a long time. CONSTITUTION: A temperature sensitive valve for opening and closing a passage comprises an outer body(20), an inner body(30), a driving member(40), and an actuating unit. The outer body is fixed in a housing to be sealed and a through-hole is formed on the top thereof. The inner body is accommodated in the outer body to be vertically moved and a through hole is formed on the bottom thereof. The driving member is rotatably accommodated between the outer body and the inner body and implements the vertical motion of the inner body with external force. The actuating unit comprises a SMA spring and a bias spring inside the inner body and changes the vertical position of a disc(17) in a set temperature.
